Hello! looking for a place where things start from the beginning and grows with you that are from the otaku community, then your in the right place. The fitness journey seems hard, and being labeled as underdogs and misfits made many otaku have a bad self image, which made it hard to get into self care. Motivation and inspiration from the mind with mental health is great! The page will assist with providing some home workout basics, focusing, techniques, and how-to for all skill levels of interest and dedication. The Otaku in cosplay were looking for developing positive habits and it had become Otaku fiteness- with many fandoms being key components in making different sorts of themed challenges and some reaching the general otaku style of exercise sets. A few of the most inspirational series were: Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball, Attack on Titan, and Jojos Bizarre Adventure as starting references for poses. It also takes a few things known in the Japanese Athletics community from schools and designed for those not interested originally in fitness and made it much more fun. Welcome to Otaku Fitness!
